Think Beautifully

What is depression?

Occasionally, we all feel melancholic or sad, but these feelings are generally temporary and are overcome in a short time. On the other hand, when a person has a depressive disorder, it interferes with daily life and affects the normal performance of daily activities.

Depression is a common but serious illness, and most people who suffer from it need treatment to get better. In the worst case, depression can last for years and even irreversibly affect the person who suffers from it.

Therefore, depression is characterized by a low mood and feelings of sadness, associated with alterations in behavior, level of activity and thinking. It can cause anxiety, insomnia, loss of appetite and lack of interest or pleasure in doing different activities, as well as affect work, school and family activities.

Butterfly Lessons

The 3 Lessons of the Butterfly to be unstoppable.

Lesson #1: Accept challenges from another perspective. If each dream and what you came to learn were a seed, imagine each challenge, obstacle or problem as fertilizer for that seed to grow.

It won't always make sense to our conscious mind, some will hurt, others you will cry, many you won't understand, don't look for a reason. Accept them, go through them, give your 100% and from the highest degree of consciousness, you thank them.

Each challenge will be the instrument to polish the diamond that you are. Because in the end, if you live it from gratitude, the inevitable consequence will be a beautiful butterfly. The cutest you've ever seen.

Lesson #2: Persist. Because when the caterpillar thought it was the end, it turned into a butterfly. It may not seem easy, it may not turn out right the first time, it doesn't matter, try again.

We have all had obstacles, I too have made mistakes on my path, I also fell, I had a financial bankruptcy, but I never gave up.

You can too, never give up. Persist!

Lesson #3: Absolute faith and trust. The butterfly does not think about whether or not its wings will open to be able to fly... it simply leaves the cocoon and flies. The butterfly is the most beautiful example of Faith and Trust. Nature shows us. When you take the leap of faith and trust, you will be held, guided, and cared for.

Dare, live the metamorphosis that you have been putting off in your life. And when you begin that path, do it with faith and trust. You take the first step and God will take the next step with you.

You have wings, just use them.
